Boho Styled Shoot at Champoeg State Park, Oregon

I had such a fun time going with Jamie to Champoeg to take these photos. It was so fun to actually put together a bouquet, dress and crown. I really wanted to get the boho vibes that I'm in love with for this session. I wanted ferns and lambs ear in the bouquet especially because I fell in love with them growing up in the woods here in Oregon.

I was inspired by the bohemian themed weddings that I am seeing pop up. I wanted to style and shoot one specifically with my vision in mind. I think ferns and peonies have a very sentimental and woodsy feeling to them and wanted to tie them in as well. I grew up playing in the woods and would run through the ferns so it felt very appropriate for me to include them in an Oregon shoot.

Jamie is such a talented model and mom! She's getting married soon as well and I was happy to find out that she just signed with a modeling agency here in Oregon! I appreciated the skill that she brought to the shoot.

My goal is to show my brides the quality of photos they can recieve as well as hone my craft and become a better photographer. I am so excited about a couple of upcoming styled shoots and can't wait to share them here as well!
